How our licencing works
When you purchase a license for Cloud Design Box, we detect which sites should display the megamenu and use Cloud Design Box web parts based on the site's prefix. This prefix is usually a short code for your organisation, chosen during the onboarding phase.
For schools or businesses with no other entities on the tenant, we can enable the megamenu and web parts across all sites regardless of the URL prefix. Please reach out to support@clouddesignbox.co.uk if you need this feature enabled.
MATs with some licensed schools
If you are part of a Multi-Academy Trust, licensed schools and trust sites will function correctly, while unlicensed sites will encounter this error. Licensing a school provides access to web parts and includes additional benefits. To benefit from our full set of features, please reach out to info@clouddesignbox.co.uk, or call 01482 68890, to discuss an additional license.

Personalised navigation and alerts
Looking ahead, schools can upgrade to Silver which includes MIS integration, Teams and SharePoint automation, Teaching & Learning tools plus much more. This upgrade will enable automatic creation and security trimming of teams and sites using MIS data, allowing for centralised departments across the MAT, such as "Trust KS2 staff", "Trust Humanities Teachers", etc.
